Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, only products in their original packaging with intact seals can be accepted for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unused items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA number inside the parcel before shipping it back to us.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned gels or tools, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
